We ship directly from Germany to make sure you'll receive only the best quality and craftsmanship.
SHIPPING FEES: USD 2.95 per order, free delivery for orders over USD 50.00
ORDER PROCESSING: Our orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday; you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order is being dispatched
DELIVERY TIMES: We do ship directly from Germany so please allow
approximately 8-10 business days from dispatching your order to receiving
your Cedar Soles in the US
CARRIER: We use DEUTSCHE POST for most of our orders. Orders with an order value of USD 65.00 or lower are sent via Standard Mail, while orders with a value of more than USD 65.00 are sent via Recorded Mail.
You can be sure that we'll keep an eye on your order, but unfortunately we can't provide tracking information at this point
